SEO Auditor
Enter a URL and get a scored report. We fetch the page once from our server and run over fifty real checks — HTTP status and redirects, canonical and robots directives, title and meta description, heading structure, image alt text, response size and compression, security headers, Open Graph and JSON-LD — with a severity, the value we found and a concrete fix for anything that fails.
How to use it
- Paste the full URL of the page you want to check (the homepage or any deep link).
- Click Run audit — the page is fetched once and scored in a few seconds.
- Review the overall score and the five category scores, then open the Issues view.
- Work through the critical items first; each check shows what was found and how to fix it.
FAQ
- Does this run JavaScript / measure Core Web Vitals?
- No. It audits the raw HTML response and headers — the things a crawler sees first. For lab performance metrics (LCP, CLS, TBT) use Lighthouse or PageSpeed Insights alongside it.
- Can I audit a staging site or a page behind login?
- Only publicly reachable pages. The fetcher blocks private, internal and loopback addresses, and it can't sign in.
- How is the score calculated?
- Each check passes, half-passes (warning) or fails. Category scores are the average for that category; the overall score weights Technical 25%, On-Page 30%, Performance 20%, Security 15% and Structured Data 10%.
