Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of this DL Card Generator instance (“the service”, “we”, “us”). Using any part of it constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or make a payment. You may only fetch, render or store a licence record that belongs to you, or that you are expressly authorised in writing by the holder to process.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and any recovery codes safe, and for all activity under your account. Give accurate registration details and keep them current. We may enable or require two-factor authentication. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. One person, one account; don't share credentials or resell access.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the service to produce reference copies of a driving licence you are entitled to process, for your own lawful purposes. All other use requires prior written permission.

• Generating a card costs credits, which you prepay. The current price is shown before you generate and may change; changes do not affect credits already in your wallet.
• Top-ups are verified manually. You pay by UPI or bank transfer to the details shown, then submit the transaction reference (UTR) and a screenshot. We (or an authorised operator) check it and credit your wallet on approval, or reject it with a reason. Submitting false payment information is a breach of these terms.
• Refunds. If a card fails to render after a credit is charged, that credit is refunded automatically. Otherwise credits are non-refundable, are not transferable, have no cash value, and may expire if your account is closed — except where a refund is required by law or the operator agrees to one.
• Chargeback or payment reversal after your wallet has been credited may result in suspension and recovery of the amount.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your use. Prices are inclusive unless stated otherwise.

If you use the API, you must keep your API keys secret, stay within the rate and usage limits, and not use the API to build a competing bulk service or to process third-party data without authorisation. Each API generation debits your wallet like any other. We may revoke a key or suspend API access for abuse. See the API docs and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated by reference. In particular you must not use the service to forge, impersonate, defraud, or process another person's data without authorisation.

Cards produced by the service are informal reproductions with no legal validity. They are not issued by, and do not represent, any government authority. You are responsible for how you use, store and share them. See the Disclaimer.

The auto-fill feature depends on a third-party government portal that can change or go offline without notice. We do not guarantee that fetches or renders will succeed, that data will be complete or current, or that the service will be available at any given time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the credits you spent in the 3 months before the claim, or INR 2,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your content or data, or your breach of these terms.

Government emblems, names and marks referenced by the service remain the property of their owners and are used only for identification and visual accuracy. See the compliance overview.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access, with or without notice, for a breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination for cause, unused credits may be forfeited. You may close your account at any time from /account/security.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the operator's place of residence have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change accordingly, and significant changes will be notified to account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
