Some upload forms reject a photo or signature that is below a minimum file size (for example "must be at least 20 KB"). This tool adds harmless filler after the image data so the file reaches the size you set — the picture itself is untouched and still opens normally everywhere.

FAQ
- Does this change how the image looks?
- No. The extra bytes are added after the image's end marker, which every viewer ignores. Only the file size on disk changes.
- Why would a form need a minimum size?
- It's a rough check that you uploaded a real scan/photo rather than a blank or broken file.
